Q1What frequency does the grid run at?
The moat question (dielectric, conductor ring or electrolyte) comes down to one number the model has not specified: the operating frequency.
What the model says
The bells set the frequency for the whole circuit (walkthrough step 5). The moat is one of three things depending on that frequency.
What is measured or documented
- Neva and Neva Bay water conducts at 64-240 uS/cm (about 40-150 ohm-m), relative permittivity about 80-88. research/grid-physics-sources/00-README.md, step 4; catalog 01
- Conduction and displacement current are equal at about 1-5 MHz for this water. Below that the moat is a resistive electrolyte; at 50 Hz conduction outweighs displacement current about 40,000 times. 00-README.md, step 4 (arithmetic on catalog 01 values)
- Bell partials sit between tens of Hz and a few kHz; most energy of Russian bells is at 100-1300 Hz. catalog 04, A7 (Aldoshina and Nicanorov 2000)

Q2Where do the watts come from?
Measured fair-weather collection at a grounded 100 m dome is about 60 nA. The loads in the model are street lamps and heating, hundreds of watts and up. That is about five orders of magnitude. What concentrates or amplifies, or what is the primary source instead?
What the model says
The gold tops draw atmospheric charge down (step 2); the bells drive the loads (step 9).
What is measured or documented
- Fair-weather field 100-130 V/m, air-earth current 1-2 pA/m2; a grounded 100 m dome or spire gathers about 60 nA. 00-README.md, step 2; catalog 03
- All channels together, including storms and lightning, average 0.1-0.3 uA: milliwatts. 00-README.md, step 2
- One bell radiates about 6-30 W of sound. catalog 04, A5 (Ederer, DAGA)

Q3How does a bell's sound get into the circuit?
The bells supply a documented spectrum and tens of watts of sound each. No mechanism yet couples that spectrum into an electrical circuit. The graph edge names 128 Hz as the number to defend.
What the model says
The bells are the oscillator; nothing downstream runs without them (step 5). The video says the vibration passes from the bell through the stone into the water of the moat.
What is measured or documented
- Sound-to-electric conversion in nature runs mainly through water moving in wet ground: microvolts per metre at a few pascals, about the level of power-line noise. catalog 04, C7-C11 (seismoelectric field measurements)
- Granite piezoelectricity is 10^-15 to 10^-13 C/N; sound on salt ions in water gives nanovolts (Debye effect). catalog 04, C2, C3, C14, C15
- Carillon bells hang still and are struck; chimed bells put 'almost immeasurably low' vibration into the tower, against 6.8 mm/s RMS at the frame with seven swinging bells. catalog 04, D2 (Brown, Hwang and Parker 2012)
- Engineered harvesters reach milliwatts at 100-115 dB; that comes from the device, not from stone or water. catalog 04, C18, C19

Q4How does a person interface with the circuit?
Step 11 puts a person on the power point under the dome. The video adds the congregation: thousands singing in unison in a resonant stone chamber beneath a vibrating bell, 'a biological battery'. No research coverage yet.
What the model says
The person stands on the axis where the charge comes down from the lantern; the ring at their feet flickers.
What is measured or documented
- Not covered yet. Next anchors: IEC 60479 (body impedance and effects of current), ICNIRP (contact and induced currents), Grid-To-Body-The-Clock-Interface.html. 00-README.md, step 11

Q5What is the return path under the fort?
The model labels the conducting layer 'limestone aquifer'. The survey record puts Cambrian blue clay over a brackish Vendian sandstone aquifer under the fort; the Ordovician limestone lies south of the Baltic Glint.
What the model says
Telluric currents run through the limestone aquifer and converge under the fortress (step 1).
What is measured or documented
- Blue clay 5-15 ohm-m, up to about 120 m thick; the Vendian (Gdov) aquifer carries sodium-chloride water at 3-5 g/L. 00-README.md, step 1; catalog 02
- Buried palaeovalleys cover up to 60% of the city, including 26% of the Hare Island group where the fortress stands. 00-README.md, step 1

Q6Which network do the relays belong to?
The corpus blurs two relay networks: water towers as an inland line-of-sight mesh and lighthouses as a coastal ring. The mercury conduit into the fort is flagged 'deliberately weak'.
What the model says
The Rostral columns and the water tower link the tops by line of sight (step 7); the Rostral columns relay across the gulf to Kronstadt (step 8).
What is measured or documented
- German water towers: 3,375 curvature-passing links within 120 km, 1,721 survive the bare-earth terrain pass. old-world-wiki entities/old-world-globe.md (terrain pass 2026-09-26)

Q7How do the bells ring in synchrony across the fort network?
The video has the bells ringing 'in a synchronized frequency across a star fort network', with the vibration passing from the bell through the stone into the moat water as a standing wave 'projected for miles', and a pulse through the crust reaching another city in seconds. What carries the beat from one fort to the next, 30 km across open water?
What the model says
Step 5b (v2): the Peter and Paul belfry and the Kronstadt sea forts ring in phase. The waves flicker because no carrier is specified.
What is measured or documented
- One bell measures 39-47.5 dB(A) at about 1,200 m, against a 48 dB(A) background: below the background at 1.2 km. catalog 04, A5 (Ederer, DAGA)
- Faraday (standing-wave) patterns on a liquid need a vertical acceleration on the order of g or more, which sound pressure does not deliver directly. catalog 04, B5 (Bechhoefer et al. 1995)
- The coseismic electric field is proportional to grain acceleration; higher partials couple more strongly for the same displacement. catalog 04, C9 (Garambois and Dietrich 2001)

Q8Is the fort plan (and the rose window) a cymatic figure, and at what frequency?
The video says sand figures on a vibrating plate are identical to star fort floor plans and to cathedral rose windows. A plate figure always has an even number of lobes (2m). Peter and Paul Fortress has six bastions, so the count can match here (the m = 3 mode). Which plate, which frequency, and does the shape agree, not only the count?
What the model says
Step 5c (v2): the fort trace from OpenStreetMap, the computed (3,0) plate figure and a 12-fold rose are laid side by side; a rose window is drawn on St Isaac's west front as the light stage of the same figure. All three flicker.
What is measured or documented
- Nodal diameters of a free circular plate lie at theta = (2k+1)pi/2m: m chords, 2m radii, so the lobe count is always even. chladni_render.py; StarFort-Plan-Against-Cymatic-Mode.html
- The (3,0) mode of the reference plate is 133.6 Hz; (3,1) is 578.6 Hz. Eigenvalues agree with Leissa's NASA SP-160 tables to about 0.1%. chladni_modes.json; Cymatics-Bells-StarForts.html method note
- Peter and Paul Fortress has six bastions: Menshikov, Naryshkin, Trubetskoy, Golovkin, Zotov and Gosudarev. ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/Петропавловская_крепость, read 2026-11-08
- Of five forts with stated bastion counts, three are odd (Palmanova 9, Kastellet 5, Fort McHenry 5) and two even (Castillo de San Marcos 4, Neuf-Brisach 8). gen_starfort_cymatic_plan.py FORTS; StarFort-Plan-Against-Cymatic-Mode.html
- A fort plan is a boundary (the line the wall stands on); a Chladni figure is an interior nodal set. The bastioned trace was complete by 1707; Chladni published in 1787. StarFort-Plan-Against-Cymatic-Mode.html; Cymatics-Bells-StarForts.html
- St Isaac's documented stained glass is the altar window; the rose window in the model is a designed element, not a survey. build_district.py INTERIOR block (Stained glass over the iconostasis)

- vWiHtLRHbFE 16:00-16:40 These patterns are identical to the floor plans of the star forts. They are identical to the rose windows of the cathedrals.

Q9Were the bells tuned to the Schumann resonance?
The video says the original bells were tuned to the Schumann resonance, the Earth's natural electromagnetic frequency (7.83 Hz). Measured bell partials start at tens of Hz. What would a 7.83 Hz bell be, and is that what 'tuned to' means?
What the model says
Not in the model yet. Candidate for the bells episode's open-question card.
What is measured or documented
- Scaling law for the hum: f times R0 is about 100 m/s. A 7.83 Hz hum needs a bell of about 12.8 m radius (my arithmetic). The Tsar Bell is 6.6 m across, so its hum by the same law is about 30 Hz (my arithmetic). catalog 04, A11 (Lehr 1986 via Hibbert); TartariaInfoSite TAS-ARTICLE-9702b64ccaffef32e001 for the Tsar Bell diameter
- The Yongle temple bell (about 52 t) has its fundamental (2,0) mode at 22 Hz. catalog 04, A2 (Rossing 1989)
- Rostov 'Sysoi' (32,760 kg) fundamental 115.5 Hz; Russian bells show no octave, minor-third or fifth relations. catalog 04, A7

Q10What is in the bell metal?
The video says spectrographic analysis finds iridium and antimony in old bells, and that mid-19th-century ordinances removed the noble metals so the bells 'could no longer couple with the etheric field'. What analyses exist, and what would a trace metal do to coupling?
What the model says
Not in the model. The documented alloy the model leans on is bell bronze, 78% copper and 22% tin.
What is measured or documented
- Bell bronze 78% Cu / 22% Sn: conductive, corrosion-proof, low-loss. Bell-Grid-Architecture.html, literature source bell-bronze
- A corpus article gives a laboratory analysis of the Tsar Bell: copper 84.51%, tin 13.21%, sulfur 1.25%, gold and silver in trace amounts (the paragraph is truncated in the hit). TartariaInfoSite TAS-ARTICLE-9702b64ccaffef32e001, paragraph 40 (not yet opened in full)
- Bronze and cast-iron bells radiate the same sound power within measurement error. catalog 04, A5
Where the source video says it
- vWiHtLRHbFE 00:35-01:05 you find traces of iridium. You find antimony.

Q11Do the organ and the bells work together?
The video adds a second oscillator: organ pipes 30 feet tall, below hearing, working with the bells to make a standing wave that pressurises the building, with piezoelectric quartz in the stone turning pressure into charge. Is there a standing wave, and what does the stone do?
What the model says
Not in the model. A pipe_organ node is proposed.
What is measured or documented
- Apparent piezoelectric coefficient of granite about 1.4 x 10^-15 C/N, three orders below single-crystal quartz; quartz-free stone (marble, basalt) shows no measurable effect. catalog 04, C2, C4
- A corpus video (TartarianEmpire, How Teleportation Worked) puts St Paul's dome resonance at 58 Hz, coinciding with the lowest pedal notes; this is a corpus claim, not a measurement. TE-Q9-jCtSo-Ks, paragraph 7

Q12Is the finial strapped to the bell frame?
The video says the hollow spire's metal finial is connected to the bell frame with heavy copper strapping, and asks whether the lightning rod collects rather than grounds. Which towers have that strapping, and where does it go?
What the model says
Not in the model. The 2001 carillon hangs in a steel frame (documented).
What is measured or documented
- The Peter and Paul carillon hangs in a steel bell frame; clappers have stainless steel shanks. catalog 04, A9 (Petit and Fritsen)
